These are typical ranges for a main bathroom. Your written quote lists every item, so there are no surprises.
Essential
$10k–$15kA like-for-like rebuild with quality standard tiles and tapware. Still includes the full strip-out, AS 3740 waterproofing and a vanity with a stone top.
Signature
$15k–$25kA full strip-out and rebuild with a custom vanity, premium tiles, quality tapware and a semi-frameless shower screen.
Premium
$25k–$35k+Larger rooms and top-end finishes: designer tapware, a freestanding bath, full-height cabinetry and stone throughout.
Ensuites usually come in at 75–90% of a main bathroom, and powder rooms at 50–65%. Every price is confirmed in your written quote after the site visit.

Professional drawings and rendered visuals so you can clearly see the layout, design and finishes before work begins.
Detailed quotation
A clear quotation outlining the proposed works, inclusions and renovation scope.
02Phase 2Prepare & build

Project scheduling
Once approved, we schedule the project, organise materials and coordinate the required trades.
Site prep & demolition
We protect the site, remove existing fixtures and finishes, and prepare the area for renovation.
Rough-in & preparation
Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering and structural preparation are completed where required.
Waterproofing & tiling
Wet areas are waterproofed to applicable Australian Standards, followed by screeding and tiling.
03Phase 3Finish & handover
The finishing touches · A beautiful result · Ready to enjoy
Installation & fit-off
Vanities, toilets, tapware, shower fittings, cabinetry, lighting and other fixtures are installed.
Finishing touches
Silicone, touch-ups, adjustments and final cleaning are completed to finish the space properly.
Final inspection & handover
We carry out a final walkthrough, clean the site and hand over your completed renovation.
