Phase2 Renovations is a bathroom renovation business based in Melbourne, Victoria. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it.

What we collect

When you call, email or fill in our enquiry form, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and a description of the work. You might also send us photos of your bathroom.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, visit your home, prepare a quote, carry out and manage the work, and send invoices. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to your job.

Who we share it with

We only share what's needed to do your job, for example with suppliers delivering materials to your address, licensed trades working on your project, or our accountant. We may also share information where the law requires it.

Photos of your bathroom

We like to show finished work on this website and on social media. We only show street names and suburbs, never house numbers or anything that identifies you. If you'd prefer we don't use photos of your job, just tell us.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it as long as we need it for the job, our records and legal requirements.

Your choices
